1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文国有企业香港上市对其经营绩效的影响--基于31家H股上市公司面板数据的实证研究姓名：孙伟熙申请学位级别：硕士专业：世界经济指导教师：邱慧芳2010-05-14华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要1993年7月15日，青岛啤酒股份有限公司率先在香港证券市场发行H股上市，揭开了中国大陆的国有企业赴港上市融资的序幕。本文介绍了我国国有企业赴港上市主要的三个高潮期，每个时期都有不同的特点及其特征。按照自由主义经济学的观点，倘若全球资本市场是完全一体化的，企业选择上市地点进行融资是毫无意义的。但是，实际上，现实生活中的全球资本市场不可能
2、是完全一体化的。因此，在理论上企业是有选择融资地点的必要性的。本文提出了香港上市对于国有企业影响的三种效应，分别是IPO效应、民营化效应和境外上市效应。本文从62家A+H上市的国有企业中选取了31家上市公司作为本文最终的研究样本；并按照上市时间、行业地位以及规模等原则进行匹配，选择了31家A股上市公司作为本文的对照样本组。首先，利用国际通行的MNR财务分析方法，比较31家香港上市公司在A股上市前、上市后的绩效变化，并比较了这31家香港上市公司与31家A股上市公司的绩效差异，并分别采用Wilcoxon秩和检验检验这种变化的显著性；其次，利用多元
