2、partmentofHumanServices(DHS)shalldistributeaVoterRegistrationapplicationandaVoterRegistrationDeclarationStatementwitheachapplicationforpublicassistanceandwitheachrenewal,recertificationorchangeofaddressrelatedtosuchassistance.BASICCONSIDERATIONSConfidentialInforma

3、tionItisthepolicyoftheDepartmentofHumanServices(DHS)thatallOfficeofFamilyIndependence(OFI)programsmustoffervoterregistrationservicestoallapplicantsandrecipientswhenevertheyapplyforservices,renewservicesorsubmitachangeofaddress,whetherinperson,electronically,orviat
