1、提要目的基于中医“五神”学说，结合“形神合一”观及现代身心医学的概念，研制《中医“五神”老年性痴呆评定表》，并试以“志意”为切入点，探讨老年性痴呆的病机层次及证候要素，为老年性痴呆的临床辨识辨证提供一种简洁有效的中医评价体系，并为老年性痴呆的治疗提供一种新的思路和方向。方法借助于电子检索《中华医典》、网络检索CNKI医学文献及手工检索《四库全书》等途径,进行大规模的文献调研,形成备选词条，经专家Delphi法规范论证形成条目池，再经专家组论证及小样本备试构建出由80个条目组成的《中医“五神”老年性痴呆评定表》的初始评定表，通过对临

2、床预调查数据的统计分析结果，对评定表条目进行筛选修证，然后再通过进一步的大样本临床流调对修证评定表进行再调整及科学性考核，最后制定出信效度和灵敏度良好的正式《中医“五神”老年性痴评定表》；最后结合正式评定表的数据分析结果，以中医“五神”学说之“志意”为切入点，揭示老年性痴呆的病机特色与证候要素。结果研制出了信效度和灵敏度均较为理想的《中医“五神”老年性痴呆评定表》，该评定表能够客观、全面地涵盖老年性痴呆患者“五神”病变的临床表现，并结合统计分析结果，以“志意”为切入点，对所抽取的老年性痴呆的病机层次及证候要素进行了全面阐述，为老年
