1、任石提3丈目的:从历代医案数据库的症状信息中提取症状单元。方法:提出症状单元假说，运用诊释学的原理和方法对历代医案数据库中的症状信息进行表达，获得5789个症状标记词，剔除其中的证名、·病机、症状发生时间和诱发、加重、缓解因素，筛选出2751个新的症状标一记词，编程统计他们在历代医案数据库出现的频数，并依据逻辑学划分的方法总结出内涵最小的独立症状，作为规范的中医症状单元。结果:共获得规范的中医症状单元427个，依据中医藏象理论将其分为5类:与心相关的症状单元76个，与肺相关的症状单元60个，与脾相关的症状单元109个，与肝相关的症状单元54个，与肾相关
