1、山东中医药大学2012届硕士学位论文提要目的：本课题拟通过针刺颈性眩晕患者风府、百会（益脑方）加双后溪穴，并与单纯针刺风府、百会穴相对照，观察两者对椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响，为临床合理选穴治疗颈性眩晕提供客观依据。方法：临床研究选取48例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察针刺前后两组患者TCD所示的BA、双侧VA、PICA血流速度变化。并对所得数据进行统计学分析，观察两组是否有差异。结果：通过针刺前后组内比较与组间差值比较，经统计学分析得出：针刺益脑方加后溪穴对改善BA高流速型、VA高流速型、PIC

2、A低流速型血流速度有极显著性差异（P＜0.01），说明针刺益脑方加后溪穴可明显改善BA高流速型、VA高流速型、PICA低流速型的血流速度；组间差值比较，在改善BA高流速型、VA高流速型血流速幅度上,观察组有大于对照组的趋势。结论：针刺益脑方加后溪穴有明显改善颈性眩晕患者椎-基底动脉血流动力学的作用，为临床合理应用益脑方组方配穴治疗颈性眩晕提供了客观依据。关键词穴，百会；穴，风府；穴，后溪；益脑方；针灸疗法；颈性眩晕；TCD山东中医药大学2012届硕士学位论文Observationoftheinfluen
