1、提要目的：通过针刺颈性眩晕患者的双侧攒竹、睛明穴，以经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测值为客观指标，分别观察两穴对椎-基动脉血流动力学的影响，探讨其效应的差异性，为临床合理选穴提供客观依据。方法：将临床选取的60例颈性眩晕患者，随机分为攒竹组和睛明组，观察针刺前后两组患者TCD所示的BA、双侧VA、双侧PICA血流速度的变化，并对所得数据进行统计学分析，观察两组之间是否有差异。结果：组内比较，两组对改善BA高流速型血流速度均无显著性差异，对改善VA低流速型及PICA低流速型的血流速度均有极显著性差异（P<0.01）。组间比较，两组在改善BA高流速型、VA
