1、提要目的：观察在西医基础治疗上，加用自拟肾炎一号方治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿脾肾两虚型患者的临床疗效，探讨中西医结合治疗本病的优势和可行性，为进一步改良及推广配方打下基础。方法：本研究收集慢性肾炎患者50例，并随机分为2组，试验组、对照组各25例。对照组给予控制蛋白摄入，降压、抗凝、降蛋白尿等西医基础治疗，试验组在西医基础治疗上加用肾炎一号方，疗程为二个月。观察临床症状、体征及实验室检查指标的变化，并对症状及体征进行量化评分，作出疗效评价。结果：慢性肾炎蛋白尿中医量化评分：试验组总有效率88.0%；对照组总有效率68.0%。试验组用药后积分与用药前积分相比具有显著的统计学意义（p＜0.01）。试验组和
