3、ecouldnotachieveunifo吼i锣fineandspheroidalbilletmicrostructureasexpectation.MicrostructureandcapabilityofbilletwouldbeenhancedhighlybecauseofitsfmegrainsafterThermomechanicaltrealmentanditwouldreducethetechnicsdemandofmakesemisolidslurry.IntheaidoftheNationalNaturalScien

4、ceFoundationofChina,thispaperchoosedsemisolid6063alloyasexperimentalmaterial,studiedtheruleofthealloymicrostructureevolutioninrecrystallizationafterThermomechanicaltreatment.ThemainresultsachieyedareaSfollows:Themicrostructurecoldrolledto30%、40%、50%、60%、65%ofalloyWasstu

5、died,opticalmicrographsshowedthegrainsofbilletwerestavedaftercoldrolling,withthelagerdeformationdegree,thegrainsmicrostructurewouldbestavedmoreserious.Whencolddeformationdegreereached50%,thegrainsmicrostructureaftercoldrollingwouldlikeflakesandsomegrainsseemedlikecracke
