3、eoplecouldnotachieveunifo吼i锣fineandspheroidalbilletmicrostructureasexpectation.MicrostructureandcapabilityofbilletwouldbeenhancedhighlybecauseofitsfmegrainsafterThermomechanicaltrealmentanditwouldreducethetechnicsdemandofmakesemisolidslurry.IntheaidoftheNationalNatura

4、lScienceFoundationofChina,thispaperchoosedsemisolid6063alloyasexperimentalmaterial,studiedtheruleofthealloymicrostructureevolutioninrecrystallizationafterThermomechanicaltreatment.ThemainresultsachieyedareaSfollows:Themicrostructurecoldrolledto30%、40%、50%、60%、65%ofall

5、oyWasstudied,opticalmicrographsshowedthegrainsofbilletwerestavedaftercoldrolling,withthelagerdeformationdegree,thegrainsmicrostructurewouldbestavedmoreserious.Whencolddeformationdegreereached50%,thegrainsmicrostructureaftercoldrollingwouldlikeflakesandsomegrainsseemed
