1、宁夏大学硕士学位论文中国建设银行宁夏分行内部监督管理研究姓名：强薇申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理硕士指导教师：袁红201204摘要随着近年来国际经济金融形势的日趋复杂和金融危机继续深度发展，国内宏观经济总体保持平稳较快增长的基础上不平衡、不协调的矛盾和问题依然存在，国内外的金融形势直接和间接的加大了银行业的金融风险，对银行内部控制提出了更高的要求。对于宁夏建行而言，随着银行金融业务的不断扩展，从业人员在工作中各类违规违纪行为的形式和数量也呈现上升趋势，屡查屡犯问题在日常检查及内外部审计、检查中时有发生，为建设银行宁夏分行的可持续性健康经营和发展埋下了风险隐患。内部监督作为建行宁夏分行内

2、部控制管理重要措施之一，它的有效开展，将促进内部控制的建立健全和有效运行，促进建设银行内部控制体系的持续优化和完善，提高内部控制设计和执行的有效性，保证银行企业资产的安全性和流动性，防范经营风险，提升建设银行市场形象和公众认可度。本文以内部监督相关理论为指导，以中国建设银行宁夏区分行为研究对象，采取系统分析法、理论和实践相结合的方法，分析宁夏建行内部监管体系中存在的缺陷，在此基础上提出了进一步完善的措施，由此作为宁夏建行内部监督管理工作的完善和健全提供借鉴和参考。关键词：内部监督缺陷管理AbstractInrecentyears，internationaleconomicandfinan
