1、PhilosophyStudyPHI-10andPHI-11ThisresearchinvestigatesthesuccessofPHI-10andPHI-11studentsinonlinecoursesversustraditionalcourses.Inordertoanswertheresearchquestions,validgradesAvalidgradeisagradeofA,B,C,D,F,CR,NC,I,orWfortheFallandSpringsemestersbetweenFall2003andSpring200
2、7wereusedinthisinvestigation.Isthereadifferenceinsuccessratesbydeliverymethod?ForPHI-10,4,765studentsreceivedavalidgrade.Ofthese,2,669(62.3%)weresuccessful.ThesuccessbydeliverymethodXF01designatesdeliverymethodofthecourse.Hybriddeliverymethodisnotdesignatedinthedata.bywhic
3、hastudenttooktheclasswasinvestigated.Thecoursesweredividedintothreegroups:traditional(i.e.,face-to-face),video,orinternetdelivery.Therewasadifferenceinsuccessratesbythewaythecoursewasdelivered.Studentswhotookthecourseviatraditionaldeliveryweremoresuccessfulthanstudentswhot
