1、重庆医科大学硕士学位论文1型糖尿病小鼠视网膜神经节细胞及眼内压的研究姓名:杨洋申请学位级别:硕士专业:眼科学指导教师:周善璧201205重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文1型糖尿病小鼠视网膜神经节细胞及眼压的研究摘要目的:目前对于糖尿病小鼠视网膜神经节细胞的研究还处于探索阶段。本实验的目的是为了定量研究糖尿病视网膜病变小鼠视网膜神经节细胞的数量及眼内压的变化。方法:健康5周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠连续3天腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素,建立1型糖尿病小鼠模型。在造模成功后的6周和12周,采用非侵袭性TonoL
