1、我国废旧汽车逆向物流体系及评价研究摘要:汽车产业是我国的朝阳产业，当前我国汽车保有量近亿辆，废旧汽车也以百万辆计算。如何有效地对这些废旧汽车实施逆向物流，减少废弃物对环境的污染，使有限的资源得到循环利用，是实现循环经济和低碳经济的必然要求。本文试图通过研究，根据企业的自身规模进行合理的市场定位，选择一种最佳的逆向物流体系，实现最大的综合效益。本文首先分析了我国废旧汽车逆向物流体系，并介绍了自主经营、联合经营以及外包三种主要形式。然后以H公司为研究对象，选取经济、社会、管理和技术几个具有代表性的影响因素，根据专家咨询及问卷调查的结果建立指标体系，运用层次分析法对

2、该体系进行评价分析，进而选择最合适的一种方式，结果表明，对H而言自己经营是最佳的方式。最后，对废旧汽车逆向物流的完善和健康发展提出对策建议。本文在研究过程中，充分的利用了层次分析法的条理性、层次性、兼容性及灵活性，使研究不但具有科学性，而且具有良好的普适性，为其他相关企业进行决策时提供借鉴。关键词：废旧汽车，逆向物流，层次分析法IIAbstract:AutomotiveindustryisapromisingindustryinChina.Currently,thetotalnumberofmotorvehicleshadreachedaboutonehund

5、onofenterpriseandoutsourcingcompany.ThenthispaperwillregardHCompanyassubjectandchoosesometypicallyinfluentialfactors,includingeconomy,society,managementandtechnology.Expertdiscussionandquestionnaireinvestigationarethemajormethodsusedinthisresearchprojecttoestablishtheindexsystem.The
