1、提要目的：采用穴位埋线疗法治疗胃热湿阻型单纯性肥胖症，观察其临床疗效，并与针刺进行对比是否具有优越性，从而为临床治疗胃热湿阻型单纯性肥胖症患者提供疗效分析依据。方法：选择单纯性肥胖症患者54例，随机分为两组，穴位埋线组（观察组）和针刺组（对照组），每组各27例。通过组内前后对照及组间比较的方法，观察治疗前后两组体重、体重指数、胸围、腰围、髋围、瘦素、症状的变化情况。结果：两个疗程后，患者体重、体重指数、胸围、腰围、髋围及伴随症状均明显改善，瘦素明显降低。经统计学分析：1．组内比较：两组体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围、瘦素及症状评分在治疗一疗
2、程、两疗程与治疗前相比均明显降低，有非常显著性差异(P﹤0.01)，两组胸围在治疗一疗程、两疗程后与治疗前相比无显著性差异（P﹥0.05）。2．组间比较：两组体重、体重指数、三围、瘦素及症状评分在治疗一疗程、两疗程后相比，无显著性差异（P﹥0.05）；各伴随症状在治疗前后相比，无显著性差异（P﹥0.05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗胃热湿阻型单纯性肥胖症有很好疗效，与针刺相比无显著差异。关键词穴位埋线；针刺；胃热湿阻型；单纯性肥胖症ClinicalObservationofCatgutImplantationatAcupointontheTre
