2、障制度、子女教育制度等都不完善，落后于其市民化的进程，成为制约新生代农民工市民化的主要因素。如何破解制度困境，在制度的变迁、制度设计的过程中设计公正合理的制度系统，保障新生代农民工顺利市民化，推动我国农村剩余劳动力转移以及城市化的发展，已经成为摆在我国面前的重要课题。本文通过分析新生代农民工的新特征以及其市民化进程中的制度制约因素，力图运用多学科、多视角的研究方法，在综合分析拥有新生代农民工数量最多的深圳市做法的基础上，对现阶段新生代农民工市民化的相关制度障碍以及其成因进行剖析，力争为新生代农民工市民化的相关制度改革和设计提出新的有价值的参考意见。关键词：新生代农民工
