2、补我国投入产出表简易表编制中的一个空白，对1992年到2008年短缺年份的投入产出表简易表进行了非调查法补缺，依照统计年鉴公布的投入产出表将短缺年份的投入产出表全部编制为“17×17”的“产品×产品”表，这部分将为其他学者利用非调查法进行投入产出表简易表的编制提供一套完整的编制思路。其次，本文利用编制好的2008年的投入产出表简易表从总产出、最终使用、初始投入、中间投入和中间使用等角度对我国目前经济状况进行详细分析，从而从宏观上把握我国的经济形势，从微观上了解各部门间的经济技术联系。通过实证分析，对我国目前存在的经济问题进行深层次的研究，并针对问题给出一定的参考建议
