2、时通过对苟予被扬弃了的“礼法"思想本身的论证分析，揭示其荀子思想本身运作过程当中存在的现实困境。为此，本文从四个部分来展开论述：首先，将荀子“礼法’’论置于先秦“礼法"大讨论发展前提过程中来探寻它的思想渊源。其次，从横向、纵向结合的视角来考察荀子对“礼"和“法”概念的界定，揭示其“礼"的含义之异于孔孟之“礼’’和“法’’含义别于法家之“法’’，进而对“礼法"整合的依据、方式进行论证分析。第三部分，文章分析了韩非子是怎样对苟子“礼法"思想作了顺势扬弃的。最后，笔者总结归纳了苟子“礼法"思想的归宿是从礼法整合所规
