1、提要目的：评价疏肝运脾法对肥胖合并高血压的降压疗效及对胰岛素抵抗的影响，为中医药治疗肥胖合并高血压提供一个思路。方法：将60例肥胖合并高血压患者随机分为试验组，对照组各30例，对照组给予二甲双胍治疗，而试验组给予疏肝运脾汤治疗，疗程为2个月，观察治疗前后各组的临床症状，体重指数、血压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白，胰岛素抵抗、血尿常规、肝肾功的变化，比较其治疗前后及两组之间的疗效差异。结果：试验组的症状改善总有效率为（93.33%），显效率为（63.33%），与对照组相比有显著性差异（P<0.05）；试验组体重指数、血压
2、水平、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IRindex）与对照组比较，有统计学意义(P<0.05）。结论：疏肝运脾汤治疗肥胖合并高血压不仅具有显著的疗效，而且具有充分的中医理论基础和现代医学理论基础，是治疗肥胖合并高血压的一种有效的治疗方法，并且具有改善胰岛素抵抗。关键词胰岛素抵抗；疏肝运脾；体重指数；肥胖；高血压TheAntihypertensiveEffectandInfluenceofInsulinResistanceofshuganyunpiInObesityandHypertensionS
