1、AbstractSCHEDULEPOLICYANDGUARANTEEDCOSTCONTROLLERDESIGNFORNETWORKEDCONTROLSYSTEMABSTRACTFeedbackcontrolsysteminwhichthecontrolloopsareclosedthroughareal-timenetworkiscallednetworkedcontrolsystem(NCS),whichconsistingofmanytechnologiessuchascomputer,communication,networkandcontrol.Comparingwiththetrad
2、itionalpoint-to-pointconnection,NCShasmanyadvantagessuchaslessconnectingwires,sharingthesourcesonline,easilymaintainedandexpanded.However,forthecomplextransmission,thereexistsinduceddelay,datapacketlosssequencedisorderingandactuatorsorsensorsfailureinNCS,whichcouldcausenegativeimpactontheperformance
3、ofthesystem,evenleadinstabilitytothesystem.Thestudyofnetworkedcontrolsystemhasbecomeanewhotissueinthecontrolfield.Theschedulepolicyandguaranteedcostproblemareemphaticallyinvestigatedinthispaper,andthecontentsofthispaperaregivenasfollows.（1）ThestabilityanalysisforaclassofNCSwithuncertainnetworkfactor
4、ssuchastimevaryingdelayanddatadropoutsisinvestigated.Thetimevaryingdelayismodeledasaclassofuncertainparameterwhichresultsinuncertainaffectionstothesystem,andtheoccurrenceofpacketdropoutsisexpressedasaBernoullievent.Undertheconditionthatthesystemisguaranteedtobeexponentiallymeansquarestable,astatefee
5、dbackcontrollerisdesignedonthebasisofthelinearmatrixinequality(LMI)approach.Meanwhile,throughtheaugmentingthestatewithpredictederror,anobserver-basedcontrollerisdesignedtorenderthesystemexponentiallymeansquarestablewhenthestateinformationisnotfullyavailable.（2）Themodelingandguaranteedcostfault-toler
6、antcontrollerfornetworkedcontrolsystemwithdoublefaultsisproposed.Firstly，inthecasethatactuatorsbecomefailure,theguaranteedcostcontrollerisdesignedforaclassofNCSwiththeaffectionofuncertainparameters.Andthen,consideringactuatorfaultsandsensorfaultsoccurtogether,themodelingofNCSwithdouble-faultsisinves
