1、提要目的：观察疏肝健脾汤治疗萎缩性胃炎（肝胃不和证）的临床疗效方法：采用横断面调查、流行病学现场调查的方法，随机选择符合慢性萎缩性胃炎(肝胃不和证)诊断标准的病人60例，根据临床症状、镜下诊断、病理诊断，将60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组（试验组、对照组），两组在统计学意义上无显著性差异，具有可比性。试验组予疏肝健脾汤日一剂，对照组予胃复春片，一次4片,一日3次，30天为一个周期,观察两组在改善临床症状，改善胃粘膜萎缩情况和改善肠上皮化生，不典型增生上的差异性。结论：试验组较对照组可以明显改善患者的临床症状，对粘膜萎缩和肠上皮化生的改善亦
