1、提要目的：通过观察患者的临床症状、血压以及生化指标的改变，验证温补肾阳方对高血压病（2级）肾阳虚证的治疗价值，并探讨温补肾阳方治疗高血压病的作用机理，以期为高血压的治疗提供新的思路与方法。方法：临床研究中，将高血压病（2级）肾阳虚证的患者随机分为两组，中药治疗组30例，予以温补肾阳方治疗；对照组30例，予以西药卡托普利口服。两组患者的观察疗程均为6周。结果：研究发现，温补肾阳方可明显降低患者的血压水平，治疗组与对照组降压疗效相比无显著差异，（P＞0.05)。温补肾阳方还能够改善患者的临床症状，改善肾功能以及调节血脂，两组间相比有显著差异，（P＜0.05)。结论：温补肾阳方全面改善高血压病（2级
