1、论实现我国村民自治的途径学生姓名：XXX学生学号：XXX院（系）：年级专业：指导教师：二〇一一年九月摘要随着中国农村经济体制改革不断深入，农村政治民主化进程悄然起步。自80年代起，国家废除人民公社制度，在农村全面推行村民自治，其核心在于重构农村社区公共权力结构，改变人民公社体制下农村社区公共权力由国家基层政权垄断的状况，引入以村委会为代表的村民自治权，使农村社区的权力结构由国家基层政权转变为村民自治权。然而，预期的绩效并没有出现，村民自治制度从“纸”上走入农村社会的效果差强人意已是不争的事实。本文通过对

2、影响村民自治的经济发展水平、民主建设以及权力架构的三个因素的分析，指出了村级经济发展水平较低；村民自治意识淡薄；村民自治与乡镇政权存在冲突；农村社会法治环境不尽人意对村民自治发展的影响，阐述实现村民自治的四个基本途径：大力发展农村经济，为村民自治提供坚实的物质基础；实现村民自治与乡镇政权的良性互动；实现农民向理性化、成熟化自治主体转型的具体路径；完善法律制度体系，营造良好的社会法治环境。关键词村民自治，乡村关系，解决途径IABSTRACTRuraleconomicrestructuringisuncea
