2、次/d,共3d.腰穿测压后行持续腰紙引流术;在治疗前,后监测患者体温，血白细胞,颅内压(intracranialpressure,ICP),脑脊液常规,牛化指标及细菌培养.结果用美罗培南注射治疗前各指标升咼，治疗Id后各项指标略咼(P>0.05),2d逐渐下降,4d即岀现颅内压降低,体温,白细胞计数，脑脊液生化及常规指标恢复正常;治疗前，后对比各指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)•结论应用美罗培南静脉注射并持续腰紙引流治疗颅内鲍曼不动杆菌感染疗效显着，操作简便，是临床治疗颅内鲍曼不动杆菌感染可行的方法.【关键词
