1、长沙理工大学硕士学位论文人才需求与专业建设关系的研究姓名：熊晓熙申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育经济与管理指导教师：李明201205摘要学科建设与专业建设是高校建设的主要内容，学科建设侧重于学术的发展与科学知识的创新，专业建设则侧重于人才的培养，它与社会人才需求有着密切的联系。本文通过回顾人才需求与专业建设的发展历史，对不同时期的人才需求与专业建设关系进行了研究，认为，人才需求是高校专业建设的根本动力与源泉。尽管高校专业建设的发展与改革要以人才需求为重要导向，但高校不能盲目、功利地奉承社会需求，并以职业至上主义来调整其专业建设，因为高校还背负

2、着传承科学知识和科学研究的责任。因此，高校在进行专业建设时，要科学地以社会人才需求为导向，处理好学科建设与专业建设的关系，及时进行专业调整，努力适应社会需求，贯彻好高校的人才培养与社会服务职能。本文先从历史的角度研究了国内外专业发展与人才需求的关系，表明人才需求的变化是高校专业发展的根本动力；其次通过对用人单位的问卷调查分析了当前人才需求的特征，讨论了当前高校如何调整专业建设内容以适应社会人才的需求；最后总结了人才需求与高校专业建设的关系，分析了人才需求变化性与专业建设稳定性的关系以及在不同经济体制下二者的关系的特点，同时指出了当前专业建
