2、法进行评价,将评价结果与现有的右油储备基地选择情况进行对照分析,验证了该方法较好的可行性和合理性•结果显示,在进行二期和三期选址时,茂名,惠州,湛江,天津,曹妃甸,锦州等是综合效果较好的选址地点•接着运用最大覆盖模型,对我国中部地区进行选址,结果显示,在金坛,兰州,岳阳,西安,重庆5个城市建立石油储备基地时,能覆盖中部地区主要炼油基地•最后对我国东北,西北,西南石油储备选址展开论证,结果表明,大庆,独山了,昆明有较大优势而作为首选•因此,二期和三期战略石油储备基地选址共14个.关键词:战略石油储备;基地;选址;最大覆盖模型;灰色关联系数;模糊综合评价中图分类号:F016文献标
