2、methodsofX-raythicknessmeasurement.ThelimitationsofconventionalX-raythicknessmeasurementalgorithmsandthecausesofbeamhardeningareanalyzed.AccordingtotheX-rayattenuationlaw,wederivetherelationshipbetweenlineattenuationcoefficientandthethicknessofmeasuredobject.Basedonthis,weproposeanegativeexponential
3、fittingcalibrationcorrectionalgorithm,whichcanbeusedinX-raythicknessmeasurement.WeuseMonteCarlotosimulatetheexperimentalmodel,andverifytherelationshipbetweenlineattenuationcoefficientandthethicknessofmeasuredobject.Then,weusetheCD-300BXRlow-energyX-rayindustrialCTsystemasX-raythicknessmeasurementsys
4、temtotheactualthicknessmeasurementexperiments,andverifythecorrectnessofnegativeexponentialfittingcalibrationcorrectionalgorithm.Moreover,weanalysisofthefactorsthatmayaffecttheaccuracyofthethicknessmeasurementundertheproposedmethod,andtheconclusionisgivenbytheexperimentalresults.InMonteCarlosimulatio
5、ns,weuseEGSnrctosimulatetheX-raysource,whichcangettheX-rayspectroscopy.Wemodifythetutor2ppcodetosatisfytherealisticsimulationprocess,usePEGStogetmaterialdatafileoftheirradiatedmaterialsubstance,andwriteprogramofthedetectormodules,whichisbasedontheCD-300BXRlow-energyX-rayindustrialCTdetectorsystem.Ba
