1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文金融危机时期美联储货币政策有效性及风险研究姓名：刘晶晶申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：陆涛20110420摘要2008年9月，以雷曼兄弟宣布破产为标志，全球金融危机爆发并迅速恶化，为挽救金融市场、重振世界经济，各国政府和央行都空前地开展了大规模的救市计划。其中，美联储的政策操作风格较为激进，与经济正常时期的渐进主义、常规性政策操作手法不同，本次危机时期其突破了以往的干预框架，在常规货币政策的基础上创新了一系列政策工具和手段，开展了量化宽松政策为市场注资。本文在国内外现有研究成果基础上，采用了文献综述法

2、、定量分析、比较分析等多种方法，结合风险综合评价美联储本次危机中货币政策的有效性。本文首先回顾了危机中美联储实施的常规性及非常规性货币政策措施及其特点；然后阐述了这些措施可能带来的一系列风险；接着提出衡量美联储政策有效性的标准，在此基础上从政策目标实现的角度，运用多种指标分别分析了危机前期和后危机时期这两个阶段其政策的有效性，并结合风险综合评价其政策的效力；最后在此基础上讨论了美联储量化宽松政策的经验及问题，并提出如何增强我国反危机货币政策有效性的建议，包括政策实施应注重“灵活”与“规则”的统一、将资产价格作为货币政策重点监测指标、加强
