1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文金融危机对欧资银行和美资银行影响的比较研究姓名：赵奕申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：何晓军201105摘要2007年4月次贷危机爆发，之后愈演愈烈，并在2008年9月以雷曼兄弟的破产为标志，演变为席卷全球的金融海啸——引发全球流行性紧缺和金融业动荡，最终对实体经济也造成了猛烈冲击。而在危机中，作为风险策源地的美国银行业损失惨重，而欧资银行在金融全球化下的背景下也深陷其中。本文首先采用定量和定性相结合的方法对两地银行业在金融危机中的损失情况进行对比分析，得到以下结论：在次贷危机阶段美国虽然受损程度更大，但是欧洲银行业在危机中埋下了较大隐患

2、，而且在某些方面损失甚至超过了美国。2009年底欧洲主权债务危机爆发后，欧洲银行业则主要承受了这次危机的冲击，总体损失因此超过了美国同业。文章接着对危机传导背后的深层次原因进行归纳，从多角度解释——欧资银行在金融危机中损失要大于美资银行——这一事实；此外，也深入探讨了国际金融体系失衡的存在，并揭露了美国利用全球化金融战略谋求金融霸权利益的图谋。最后本文认为我国银行业应当吸取他国相关经验和教训，提出要采取以下措施以应对金融危机跨境传播：加速经济转型，完善和健全银行体系；稳步推进金融业改革和对外开放；正确对待金融创新，鼓励和规范并重；强化银行业监管，并扩大国际监管交流和合作。
