2、thisprocedure．MethodsNormalfetalgroupincluded232cases，andaHcases’three．dimentionalvolumesacquiredfrommid—sagittalplane，30cases’volumeacquiredfromtheaxialplaneofthalamus，whichbeselectedrandomlyfrom232cases．Wemeasuredtheantero-posteriordiameterofcorpuscallosum(APDCC)，theantero—posterio

3、rdiameterofbrain(APDB)，theantero．posteriordiameterofeerebellarvermis(APDCV)andsurfaceareaofcorpuscallosum(SACC)of232casesonthereconstructedmid-sagittalplane．Onthesameplane，corpuscallosumwasdividedintofourparts，anteriorpart(AP)，mid—anteriorpart(MAP)，mid—posteriorpart(MPP)andposteriorp

4、art(PP)，andthethicknessofeverypartwouldbemeasuredrespectively．Onthecoronalplaneofthalamus，thewidthofcorpuscallosum(wcc)ofcaseswasmeasuredwith3DUS．Allmeasureswererecordedandstoredonadatabase．30CaSgSselectedrandomlyfrom232casesjustmeasuredtheAPDCC，andthevaluesandimageswerebecomparedqua

5、litativelyandquantitativelywiththree．dimentionalvolumeacquiredfromSagittalplane．10casesselectedrandomlyweredepictedcarefullyforthree-dimentionalimageofcorpuscallosumbyVOCAL，20caseswereselectedrandomlyfortheintraobserverandinterobserverreproducibilityof3DUSandnormalgrowthchartsoffetal

6、corpuscallosumwasestablishedwiththedatabase．Therelationshipbetweenmeasurevaluesandgestationalage(GA)Wasanalazedbyusinglinearregression,therelationshipbetweencorpuscallosumandcerebellarvermisandcerebrumWasanalyzedbyusinglinearcorrelation．Allcasesweredividedintotwogroupsbygender，andthe
