2、组(股骨内翻截骨组)12例。根据临床结果及X线Stulberg标准进行疗效评价。结果:经3~9年随访，2组的临床表现及功能上无明显差异；按Stulberg标准优良率分别为:A组65%B组58%，差别无统计学意义；在X线片表现上，包括患侧股骨颈干角、关节转子间距等指标上，Salter骨盆截骨组与健侧差异较小;两组髋臼的覆盖无明显差异。结论：Salter骨盆截骨和股骨近端内翻截骨两种包容手术治疗Perthes病的临床疗效之间没有明显差异，股骨头的形态以及髋关节协调性上均没有显著差异。然而，Salter骨盆截骨组的颈干角的大小，关节转子间距更接近正常髋关节。我们认为
