2、dowiththeincidentwavelengthandothercharacteristics,haslongbeenoneofthemostimportantdevelopmentdirectionoftracegasdetectiontechnology.Overtheyears,inordertoimprovethesensitivityofphotoacousticspectroscopy,theimprovedphotoacousticcelldesignandmoresensitivemicrophoneshadbee

3、nused.Emergingquartzenhancedphotoacousticspectroscopy,representsanewdevelopmentdirectionofphotoacousticspectroscopy.Inthispaper,quartzenhancedphotoacousticspectroscopyprinciplewasstudied;asimplefiberopticalpathQEPASsystemwaspresented.Intheopenairenvironment,usingwatervap

4、orintheairasthetracegastobedetected,theQEPASexperimentwascompleted.Theperformanceofthetwotype’sopticalstructureQEPASsystemwasevaluated,usingtheobtainedexperimentaldata.TheprincipleofQEPASinvolvesinfraredgasabsorption,wavelengthmodulationanddemodulationprincipleandimpleme

5、ntationmethodandphotothermalsignalgenerationanddetectionofacoustic.Theinfraredgasabsorptionlineintensity,linearfunctionandlinewidthcalculationmethodwasgiven.OnthebasisofFourieranalysis,atheoreticalanalysisofthewavelengthmodulationanddemodulationprocesswasgiven.Abriefintr

6、oductionofthephotoacousticsignalgenerationisgivenstartingfromthecyclicalenergychange.ConnectionanddifferenceofQEPASandtraditionallaserpasweregiven.ThesignalcharacteristicsofQEPASwereanalyzed.InaQEPASsystem,quarttuningforkplaysadualeffectofphotoacousticenergyaccumulationa

7、ndphotoacousticsignaldetection.Startingfromthepiezoelectriceffectandinversepiezoelectricofquartzcrystal,themechanismofthequartztuningforkastheenergyaccumulatorandtheacousticsensorwasanalyzed.Thequartztuningforkfeaturetestcircuitwasbuilt.Usingthefeaturetestcircuit,thefeat
