2、ofproducts.However,manydomesticgarmentmanufacturersdidnottakeappropriatecountermeasurestochangestheyfacedintheglobalmarket.Manufacturersstilladheretothetraditionalproductionsystemandmanagementmethodsthathaveproblemssuchaslowproductivity,poordeliveryandotheris

3、sues.Underthesamemarketconditions,theautomotivemanufacturingsectorhaveproposedandimplementedahybridproductionlinesandleanproductiontoenhanceproductivityandontimedelivery.Today,inautomotiveindustryhybridlineshavebeenwidelyusedinhighlevelofautomationinthefieldo

4、fmanufacturing,regardlesstodifferencesinworkerslevelsofskillinthepipeline.Toapplyhybridlinesinlabor-intensivegarmentmanufacturingindustryneedtoconsiderthedifferencesinworkerskillsandpracticalgarmentproductionfeatures.Basedonthis,theresearchestablishedhybridmo

5、delofclothingmanufacturingline,andthemodelwassimulated.ThestudyconductedinT-shirtmanufacturer,andthreestyles(twoPOLOshirtandaT-shirts)wereselectedtoestablishhybridmanufacturingmodel.Firstly,usingMicrosoftVisio2007processflowdiagramofthethreemodelshavebeendraw

6、nanditsstandardworkinghourshavebeendevelopedusingGSD(GeneralSewingData).Secondly,collectionproductiondatahasbeencarriedoutintheselectedlines.Processingtimeofsinglepieceswhileusingstableproductionsystemhasbeencollected,andthenprocessinghoursofsinglepieceswerec
