1、福建师范大学硕士学位论文环境正义实现研究姓名：崔延军申请学位级别：硕士专业：马克思主义哲学指导教师：吴秋兰201106摘要中文摘要西方近代以来工业文明的快速发展及其促发的经济全球化浪潮给人类带来富足的物质财富，但伴随经济空前繁荣的是环境危机的日益深重，人类与自然之间关系失调。而这一关系的和解又关涉人与人之问的正义。环境正义是有效解决这一难题的方法。环境正义实现研究就力图对解决这一问题的可能性进行探索。环境正义发轫于美国，和美国的社会经济、种族状况相契合，后来迅速蓬勃发展，成为一股不可阻挡的洪流，这和环境的依赖性有关。本文从环境正义的定义讲起，阐述了环境正义的基本理论和思想，指出环

2、境正义其实是社会正义的一种或者说是社会正义在环境保护的延伸，它是人类社会可持续发展的最后一道屏障，一旦失去它，人类前途叵测，但是实现环境正义绝非一朝之功，不是一蹴而就的，它需要全人类共同努力。当前，全球环境状况堪忧，环境正义的实现更是举步维艰、障碍重重。这其中既有外部原因，又有内部原因。最后对环境正义的最大实践难题国际环境正义实现的困境进行破解，这是本文的核心部分，在此本文提出了实现环境正义应遵循的原则和途径，观念的转变、国际机制的完善、构建和谐世界等是实现环境正义的基本途径，尤其是本文认为宗教在当前和今后相当长的一段时期是实现环境正义重要的辅助途径。关键词：环境正义现状障碍途径
