2、ns,toexploretheapplicationvalueofreal-timecontrastultrasoundguidanceinpercutaneouslungpuncturebiopsyinpulmonaryperipheralmasses.Methods:The100patientsunderwentCTexaminationtodeterminetheexistenceofadjacentpleuralpulmonaryperipheralmasseswererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Amo
3、ngthem50cases(experimentalgroup)ofcontrastenhancedultrasoundandbiopsyareoperatedatthesametime,theother50cases(controlgroup)weredonebytwo-dimensionalultrasoundguided.Allthepatientswereassessedbytwo-dimensionalultrasoundandcolorDopplerultrasoundexaminationtodeterminethelocat
4、ion,size,morphology,echo,bloodflowandtherelationshipwithadjacentorgansandmakethepreliminaryjudgmentoflesions.Afterthelocationoflesionsintheexperimentalgroupwasdeterminedbythetwo-dimensionalultrasound.Theprobewasdisinfectedandinstalledapunctureguidancesupporter.Theyweredone
5、bythecontrast-enhancedultrasonographyandbiopsy.Thecontrastagentwassixsulfurhexafluoride(tradename:SonoVue)whichwasproducedbytheItalyBraccocompany.Wemonitoredthelesioncontrastperfusionandenhancementinlowmechanicalindex,hadedgedmovedthepunctureprobetomakethepuncturepaththrou
6、ghthelesionhomogeneousenhancementregion,determinethepuncturedepth,enjoinpatientbreathhold,immediatelyusingabiopsyguninthediseasedtissue.Thecontrolgroupwasguidedpunctureinthetwo-dimensionalultrasound.TheytriedtowearthelesionsoftheedgeorCDFI.Theincidencerateofsuccessrateandc
7、omplicationswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:(1)Malignantlesionsintheexperimentalgroupwere36cases,including16casesofadenocarcinoma,13casesofsquamouscellcarcinoma,2casesofmetastaticIVAbstractcarcinoma,1casesofsmallcelllungcancer,1casesofBcelllymphoma,1casesofnon-Hodg
