1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文两种方法计数结果存在正相关关系(P<0.01),Spearman相关系数介于0.621到0.975之间。在吸烟和不吸烟工人中,微核率均随着累积总粉尘暴露量和累积纤维暴露量的上升而上升。在同一累积暴露分组的比较中,吸烟工人的微核率要高于不吸烟工人。结论:耐火陶瓷纤维企业的主要职业有害因素有生产性粉尘、高温和噪声。WHO纤维计数浓度测定结果高于中国纤维计数浓度的结果,两个方法测定结果高度正相关。累积总粉尘暴露量、累积纤维暴露量与工人的微核率存在剂量-效应关系。关键词:暴露评估;耐火陶瓷纤维;职业有害因素;纤维计数;染色体损伤;微核试验;2华中科技大学硕士学位
