3、fMRIBI-RADSwere92.3%,100%and95.3%.TheKappavaluewas0.72(between0.4and0.75)foroverallfinalassessment,thereweremoderateagreementbetweenMRIBI-RADSandXrayBI-RADS.Buttherewasstatisticaldifferenceofdiagnosticvalue.Conclusions:1.MRIBI-RADSandDWIhadhighsensitivity,specificityandaccuracy,they
4、wereusefulinthedifferentialdiagnosisbetweenthemalignantandbenignlesions.TheMRIBI-RADSprovidedanobjectivecanonicalclassification,reducedsubjectivityandconvenientforcommunicatebetweendoctors.DWIcanhelpMRIBI-RADStoincreasediagnosisvalue,ADCisanessentialindicator,itcanprovidevaluableinf
