3、Westernblotandimmunohistochemicalassayaccordingly.Results:Thelevelofspermatogeniccellapoptosis,serumNOconcentrationandtheactivityofNOSinratscryptorchidismwerehigherthantheratsorchidopexybuttheweightoftesteswerelighterthantheratsorchidopexy.AdministrationofL-NAMEcoulddecreaseserumNOconcentration
4、andspermatogeniccellapoptosisinratsexperimentalorchidopexy,anditcouldsignificantlyinhibitweightloseoftheorchidopexiedtestes.TheactivityofNOSwasattenuatedsignificantlybyL-NAME.TheproteinexpressionlevelofeNOSandiNOSinthetestesoftheshamoperationgroupwasthelowestinthefourgroups.TheexpressionofeNOSa
