2、的原则依靠各自不同的优势进行合作，为企业解决技术创新的难题。本文在国内外产学研联盟研究的基础上对江西省钨产业政产学研联盟的模式和运行机制进行构建，首先，对产学研联盟发展的相关理论和研究现状进行了分析，其次，分析了江西省钨产业发展的现状和存在的问题，并提出了今后发展的方向及重点探讨了合作伙伴选择的问题，本文认为产学研联盟合作伙伴的选择是非常重要的，合作伙伴如果选择不正确将会导致联盟的解散，这对产学研联盟的建立是非常不利的，最后，分析了产学研联盟的合作模式和运行机制，并分析了政府在产学研联盟中所扮演的角色和所起的作用。关键
