2、，但仍存在法人治理结构不清晰、人事组织制度不健全、财务管控不到位等问题，本文在回顾组织结构理论发展的基础上，对存在问题进行了剖析，并有针对性的提出了组织再设计的建议。江西G企业集团组织再设计的管理思想是正确定位集团公司和子公司之间的关系以及组织机构模式的有效选择。因此，江西G企业集团应从规范法人治理结构、优化组织设计、加强财务组织管控以及健全组织人事制度、强化激励与约束机制等方面着手，以充分发挥组织效能，提高效率，提升企业的竞争力。关键词：企业集团；组织结构；再设计AbstractABSTRACTWiththe
