5、astguardtodeathonDec・13,2012；thecourtdecidedtomaintainthe23-yearimprisonmentand20millionKRWpenalty-originaljudgmentofthesecondinstance・ThereisnodefiniteborderbetweenChinaandSouthKoreainYellowSeaarea-wheretheeventhappened,andChinawillcertainlynotacceptthatjudgmentmadebySout

6、hKoreaunilaterallyinsuchkindofplace；SouthKoreacannotsentenceChinesefishermanbytheunilaterallyapplicable“EEZlaw”.Furthermore,thejudgmentofSouthKoreaisnotinaccordancewiththecriminaljurisdictionofcoastalcountriesrequiredbyUnitedNationsConventionontheLawoftheSea・Therearelimits
