1、财政助力教育以及未来发展摘要财政教育是一个国家对教育经费及其他教育资源的统理，包括国家对教育专款及其他教育资源的筹备、分拨及使用的监察等。教育事业作为一个国家发展的最基础最根本的事业，它需要政府通过财政支出帮助其健康合理的发展。1986年，我国第六届全国人大会议发布了《中华人民共和国义务教育法》，在同年7月1口实施。这是一个最重要的教育立法，是新屮国成立以来建立了一个标记的义务教育制度的标志。《义务教育法》提出：”我国实施九年义务教育。各省，自治区，直辖市人民政府根据当地经济和社会发展情况，对义务教育法进行建立。”在教育范围的扩张和推广的同吋，受教育人员
2、的数量大幅增加，为了保证教育机会对等和教育质量，促使高等教育普遍化的进一步发展，教育经费必然会不断增加。同吋，我们应该看到，相对于教育需求，教育资源总是稀缺的，这将导致二者装之间产生矛盾。虽然教育资金一直缺少，但同时教育质量又不允许下滑。要解决这一问题,'必须加强对教育经费的筹措和管理，开源节流，提高其利用效率。而这正是是教育财政支出的应有之意。因此，教育财政支出对高等教育事业的发展具有十分重要的意义和作用。订关键词：财政支出；教育财政体制；教育支出占GDP的比重TheHnancialhelptoeducationandthefuturedevelopm
