1、MBA学位论文作者：王毅甘肃省电力公司员工培训体系设计研究中文摘要在日益激烈的市场竞争条件下，人力资源的开发和利用已成为企业生存与发展的关键。而企业培训作为人力资源开发的重要组成部分，在企业中的地位将会得到前所未有的提高。充分利用企业内部资源构建适合企业发展的现代化培训体系，从而不断提升企业核心竞争力，提高员工素质与管理水平，将成为企业发展的重要推动力。本文以企业员工培训体系理论、学习理论等为理论指导，著名企业先进的培训实践为参考，运用科学的方法，对甘肃省电力公司员工培训体系的发展现状进行了系统的分析。甘肃省电力公司现有的员工培训体系
