1、米索前列醇预防产妇产后岀血的临床观察何敏(成都金沙医院四川成都610091)【摘要】目的：观察米索前列醇对产妇产后出血的预防效果。方法：木次临床研究纳入对象为2015年3月〜2015年10月，于我院产科进行分娩的产妇,共200例。分组方法为随机数字表，分别设置为对照组、实验组，各组产妇均为100例。对照组产妇用缩宫素治疗，实验组产妇用米索前列醇治疗。对两组产妇产时、产后出血量进行计算，同时对比产后出血事件发生率的差异。结果：实验组患者产时出血量为(170.5±25.0)ml,产后出血量为(110.0±20.0)ml,显著低于对照组。经检

2、验两组间数据对比存在显著差异，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o实验组患者产后出血事件发生率为2.00%(2/100),显著低于对照组13.00%(13/100)o经检验两组间数据对比存在显著差异，•且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o实验组患者不良反应发生率为6.00%(6/100),显著低于对照组。经检验两组间数据对比存在显著差异，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：在胎儿娩出后及时用米索前列醇干预可预防产妇产后出血，对控制产时、产后出血量，减低产后出血事件发生率有积极作用，且用药期间不良反应轻微，安全可靠，值得推广。【关键词】产后出血；米索前列
