1、经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合毗柔比星灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床分析杨冬园（四川省成都市第四人民医院四川成都610000）【摘要】冃的：分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合毗柔比星灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的69例浅表性膀胱癌患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组34例。观察组患者行TURBT联合毗柔比星灌注治疗，对照组患者行单纯的TUR盯治疗。评价2组患者的近远期疗效，同时于患者治疗前后，检测2组患者血清IGF-KVEGF的表达水平及p53的阳性表达率。结果：观察组患者近期疗效总有效率为74.28%,对照组为67.65%,2组比较，差异无统计学意义

2、（P>0.05）。治疗后6个月，观察组患者的平均KPS评分高于对照组（PV0.05）,平均PS评分低于对照组（PV0.05）。同时，观察组患者2年内的复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）,生存率高于对照组（P<0.05）o治疗后6个月，观察组患者血清平均IGF-KVEGF表达水平均低于对照组（P均V0.05）,p53阳性表达率低于对照组（PV0.05）。结论：经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合毗柔比星灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤能有效提高患者的功能状态和体力状况，并降低复发率，提高远期生存率。【关键词】膀胱肿瘤；经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术；毗柔比星；灌注化疗【屮图分类号1R2
