2、得从事房地产估价业务的企业不断增多，房地产估价行业的人才竞争在加剧，如何在激烈的市场竞争中留住人才，并充分发挥员工的积极性，员工激励已成为的重要手段。本文以理论研究与案例分析的方法对H房地产评估公司的员工激励问题进行了探讨。首先对激励的概念、方法和作用进行了阐述，并分析了内容型激励理论和过程型激励理论两类主流的激励理论。其次对H房地产评估公司员工激励的现状进行了分析，包括公司员工考核与晋升、薪酬、福利和培训方面的现状，并对H房地产评估公司员工激励存在的问题及成因进行了分析。最后根据激励的相关原则，对H房地产评估公司各类员工设计了不同的激励方
