1、青岛大学硕士学位论文高压氧暴露对药物致卵巢早衰大鼠的影响姓名:郝娟申请学位级别:硕士专业:妇产科学指导教师:祁秀娟20120610高压氧暴露对药物致卵巢早衰大鼠的影响摘要目的:探讨高压氧暴露对药物致卵巢早衰大鼠的影响。方法:50只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、对照组、雌孕激素替代(hormonereplacetherapy,HRT)组和高压氧(hyperbaricoxygen,HBO)组。除了正常组外,其余各组均给予雷公藤多甙片溶液灌胃,建立卵巢早衰模型。正常组和模型组大鼠在灌胃14天后分别留取血清,处死并留取卵巢和子宫。其余各
