1、提要目的:对皮肤肿瘤进行中医文献复习,并通过检测人皮肤鳞癌A431细胞用纳米雄黄处理后细胞增殖抑制及血管生长调控因子表达情况,探讨纳米雄黄抑制血管生长抗肿瘤的作用机理。方法:查询并复习中医文献资料,对皮肤鳞癌A431细胞进行体外培养,按实验分组加药后观察其形态及生长状况变化,并分别用MTT法、免疫组织化学法和RT-PCR法检测加药后细胞增殖抑制、色素上皮源性因子(PEDF)和VEGFmRNA表达情况,探讨纳米雄黄抑制皮肤鳞癌新生血管生成的作用机理。结果:纳米雄黄可以抑制人皮肤鳞癌A431细胞增殖,且与顺铂联合应用有协同作用,并发现纳米雄黄抑制A431细胞增殖的作用与上调PEDF的表
