1、提要目的：研究冠脉介入术患者的冠脉造影结果与冠心病中医证型的临床相关性，为中西医结合治疗冠心病提供客观依据。方法：选择2011.9?2012.2在山东中医药大学第二附属医院心脏中心行经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI)的冠心病住院患者95例，在患者手术前进行中医辨证分型，并观察冠脉造影所示病变血管部位、病变血管数目、狭窄程度，计算冠脉病变积分。结果：实证组痰浊内阻型、心血瘀阻型在病变血管数目、狭窄程度方面均重于虚证组心气虚弱型、心肾阴虚型（P<0.01或P<0.05):实证组冠脉病变积分高于虚证组(P<0.01)。虚证组内两证型冠脉病变积分无差异（
