1、万方数据压力容器焊接新技术及其应用林尚扬,于丹,于静伟(哈尔滨焊接研究所,黑龙江哈尔滨150080)摘要:我国经济的高速发展,对压力容器的制造提出更高的要求。厚壁高压容器的焊接应重视质量与效率的统一,质量的稳定性更为重要。我国发明的双丝窄间隙埋弧焊技术具有突出的优势,已经成功地应用在诸多重大压力容器的焊接生产。接管与简体或封头的焊接设备已经从机械仿形向数字化控制发展,适应不同场合的应用,提高了自动化水平,操作更加简便,并已经在核电装备上应用。弯管内壁堆焊不锈钢防腐层一直是一个难点,采用多轴协调运动的控制技术,先后开发了300和9
