1、提要目的：本课题旨在通过观察白虎加人参汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的临床疗效，探讨中医治疗本病的作用机制，以期为临床用药提供依据。方法：采用随机、对照的方法将辩证为气阴两虚的100例糖尿病患者分为对治疗组和对照组，在采用控制饮食，体育锻炼的同时，对照组给予降糖西药，二甲双胍0.5g，bid，口服。治疗组在对照组的基础上，根据病人具体症状采用白虎加人参汤加减，随访3个月，观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的改善情况，检测患者治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂
2、蛋白（LDL-C）、空腹胰岛素（FIns）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）等指标，并进行对比分析。结果：经过治疗后，治疗组患者的口渴多饮、多食易饥、尿频量多、五心烦热、乏力倦怠、自汗盗汗、气短懒言等临床症状较前明显改善，前后差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗组FPG、2hPG、TG、TC、Hba1c、FIns、HOMA-IR较前有明显降低，与对照组比较，存在差异（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：白虎加人参汤加减方可以明显改善气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的临床症状，能够有效降低糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂，并改善胰岛素抵抗；延缓糖尿
